staff Facilities service location Pool systems attention to detail
Room layout very poor eevn though large enough bathroom dangerous too much furniture
The adjoining rooms were convenient, clean and spacious enough. The lobby looks great and the pool and gym are good.
The house keeping staff are friendly but not well trained and the standard of food in the restaurant lets down the rest of the hotel.
Very overpiced with very poor quality rooms in an old decore with an old smell adn noisy airconditioning. Rooms were very poorly serviced no milk left and impossible to get anyone to attend. It was a struggle for staff to deal with cusomters with long waiting times at the checkin counter. I didn't get a sense of being a cusomter more a back packer as one counter staff referred when I questioned her about the room size and noise.
It was a one night stay so obviously the facilities within the hotel complex were not utilised as duration of stay was short. The bed was comfortable and the room was of a fair size. I thought that the bathroom required a good scrub due to elements of mould residue and there was a problem with the toilet whenever flushed the button wouldn't come up and the water would continue to flow. Not the absolute best hotel I have stayed in however it was comfortable for a one night visit.
There were only two members of staff who I would have rated as good. The rest left a lot to be desired - argumentative, unhelpful, etc..
The room was not cleaned well / sheets not changed / rubbish left on the floor in the bath room / the reception staff were apauling - argumentative. When I booked online the room requested [smoking] was not assigned & staff argued about the booking until I proved the issue by producing a copy of the booking form / email. I will never stay at the hotel again, nor will I recommend the hotel - in fact quite the opposite. Value for money was poor.
The room was well apportioned and roomy. The bed was confortable and the view was excellent. Good location for conference goers as I was.
Your staff were not helpful or informative. We were not sold any of the extras that came with the hotel such as the spa, the gym, the tours, etc.Your restaurant had poor service and the food was poor quality - both my partner and I suffered from eating at Curve and will not eat there again even if we stay at your hotel. Your TV was not functioning properly and it was disappointing not to be able to connect my computer to practice my presentation. No assistance was available from your staff when questioned - except - pay to use the internet downstairs - when I am already paying for my room, this is quite poor.
Gateway to darwin and waterfront
Hassles getting a DVD player
Was not told of earlycheck in cost. Poor value.
The wave pool was terrific. Rooms are pleasantly furnished and the food was very good.
The staff were not very knowledgable and in some cases did not understand English well. There are some design faults in the rooms with the toilet too close to the bath and airconditioning unit located in a poor position relative to the bed.
I liked the location, it was close enough to the city centre and near the water. The best of both worlds
I don't think the staff knew enough about the area we were staying in. When we asked questions about restaurants the staff did not know much about them, we had to walk around and find out about things ourselves.
Great location and the hotel room was very clean.
There are more than a few door knockings by different hotel staff for room service, minibar etc in the morning and afternoon. Can they arrange only one person to check everythin for the room? Also they visited my room just before checking out time to ask if I needed anything for minibar. It seemed that staff didn't even know any checking out information and randomly doing their job.
The staff were great ,my wife has a disablity and they could not do enough for us ,all so the motel was close to every thing that we wanted to see and the surroundings were very relaxing
Pool shut to early
The table on the balcony has ash and cigarettes under the table-hadn't been cleaned
This hotel is poorly maintained and operated. The rooms are rundown and dirty ( I changed rooms several times before finding one marginally clean). It is far too expensive for the poor quality and does not compare to other medina's. It is significantly understaffed causing delays for check in and out and breakfast. There is a problem with mold in the rooms as well as insects. Also they claimed not to have received my booking or payment from Booked.net when I arrived this has never happened to be before for any of the many hotels around the world that I have booked on your site.
Location, location, location. Views from the balcony seperate bedroom, large bathroom and the kitchen facilities.
Breakfast finishing at 10am - too early. Had difficulty phoning room service - no answer on 3 seperate occaisions. Confusion over parking. Room was not cleaned daily as staff came too early in the morning then did not return til next day.
